Light, shiny, straw yellow. A seductive nose that appears wonderfully fresh and inviting. Exotic notes appear alongside ripe citrus fruits. Overall spicy-floral with an intense aroma of bergamot. Pleasantly lively on the palate. Again almost exotic fruit, a little bergamot and discreet vegetal notes. A fresh, juicy wine with very well integrated acidity. Persistent finish.

Details
The name of this fragrant white wine does not just stand for the grape varieties Vermentino, Viognier and Ansonica; Vivia is also the name of Piero Antinori’s daughter. Fruity notes combine with exotic aromas of pineapple and mango, while the finale is fresh with a touch of lemon.
Recommendations
A sophisticated accompaniment to Mediterranean grilled fish.
Vinification
Some of the grapes are gently pressed after harvest, the remainder are macerated at a temperature of 5°C for around six hours. The two batches are then combined and fermented at a controlled temperature under 18°C. The maturation also takes place in stainless steel tanks.
