The Villa Antinori Pinot bianco is straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose it is refined and elegant with notes of tropical fruits, pineapple, mango and acacia blossom. It has a full-bodied palate, long-lasting with a good mineral structure.

Only grapes from the best Pinot bianco vineyards at the Monteloro winery, situated in the hills behind Fiesole, are used in the production of this wine. It is one of the historical wines of the Antinori family, which has been given a whole new look.
Recommendations
This white wine goes particularly well with asparagus dishes, but also makes a wonderful aperitif.
Vinification
The harvested grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The must is cooled to a temperature of 10°C (50°F) to promote the natural precipitation of impurities. After 48 hours, the clarified must is transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a temperature not exceeding 18°C. The wine then matures in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10°C.
