The third official vintage of Vergaia in 2022 is unrivalled in terms of exclusivity – only 4860 bottles were produced. Matured in barriques, this Bordeaux blend shows a clear Bolgheri character and great ageing potential. A wine that we will be hearing a lot more about!

Perfect with flavoursome cuts of beef, lamb or venison, roasted or braised – just the way you like it.
Vinification
The grapes come from a vineyard with a particularly strict selection and low yield. The grapes are macerated and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks immediately after manual harvesting. Once fermentation is complete, the young wine is matured for 15 months in French oak barriques. In late autumn, the wine is bottled, where it rests for a further 12 months.
