This Verdicchio grows on 4 hectares that were planted in the 1970s. The vineyard lies at 250-300 metres above sea level with a light, clayey soil, which is ideal for this grape variety.

Perfect with seafood and fish, or with a light pasta dish.
Vinification
This 100% Verdicchio is vinified in stainless steel tanks and not subjected to malolactic fermentation, which lends it a wonderful freshness. After this, the wine matures for 10 months on the lees and a further six months in the bottle.
