Recommendations
The grappa should be left to rest in the glass for a few minutes before consumption, so that it absorbs oxygen, the aroma comes into its own and the harmony of nose and palate is perfected.
Vinification
This Gran Riserva Grappa from the traditional Nonino house is distilled from fresh Merlot pomace. This is fermented at a controlled temperature and then carefully distilled in one of the 66 classic copper stills. Subsequent maturation continues for 12 years in sherry casks, without the addition of any flavourings or caramel.
