Clear pale yellow with greenish reflections. Fine notes on the nose of exotic fruits, citrus, white blossom, thyme, orange peel, honey and vanilla. Well structured, dense and well balanced on the palate. Discreet notes of honey, vanilla and ripe pears. The finish is fruity and long-lasting.

Details
A lively unoaked Chardonnay. Fine aromas of exotic fruits, citrus, white blossom, thyme, orange peel, honey and vanilla. Dense, well-structured and very well balanced on the palate with a fruity finish.
Recommendations
The ideal wine with spring vegetables, antipasti or fish dishes.
Vinification
The Chardonnay grapes are gently pressed after harvest. The must is clarified at 10°C for 24 hours. This is followed by the temperature-controlled fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks.
