The bouquet combines the scent of fresh fruit with fine spicy notes and a hint of vanilla. Captivating on the palate with silky soft tannins and a long, powerful finish.
Recommendations
We love it with pasta with spicy sugo or a juicy roast.
Vinification
Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are subjected to cold maceration at 18-20°C for five days so that their natural freshness and characteristic fruity scent can unfold. Fermentation then continues at 25-27°C. The Syrah matures for five months in used barriques to give the fruity wine subtle, toasted notes. Interesting fact: the image of Tellus wine has been linked to the world of art from the very beginning. The label, redesigned for the 2009 vintage, was created at an event at Castel Sant'Angelo in Rome, where a group of artists captured the impressions of wine enthusiasts on canvas during a tasting.
