Dark purple red. Already very rich on the nose. With aromas of dried fruit, blackberry jam. Wreathed in discreet notes of spice and tobacco. Compact on the palate with spicy-sweet extract, plenty of finesse and depth. Long-lasting, with gently embedded woody notes in the finish.

Cabernet, Syrah and Sangiovese mature peacefully for a good 20 months in French barriques to produce a rich wine with notes of blackberry jam, dried fruit, tobacco and spices.

Vinification
To achieve the best possible level of ripeness for each variety, the grapes are harvested separately, fermented partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in wooden barrels, then aged for around 22 months in French barriques (Allier, Nevers, Tronçais, 30% new). This process lasts for twelve months separated by variety and a further ten months as a blend of all varieties.
