Full-bodied and dense on the palate. Noticeable but velvety tannins, sharp acidity and a juicy structure. Balanced and lingering finish.

A great accompaniment to ravioli con carne or a veal cutlet.
Vinification
The grapes for the top-notch Cuvée «Sul Bric» are selected up to three times. Both varieties are fermented separately before being blended and matured for twelve months in French barriques. «Sul Bric» is a dialect term meaning «in front of the abyss», but also «on a wild hilltop».
