Vinification
The Merlot grapes for the «little Montiano» are picked by hand and immediately brought to the cellar. Vinification happens in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. For further refinement, the young Merlot ages for nine months in oak barriques. (Nevers and Tronçais)
