Noble rosé with a wonderful colour. It has an intensely fruity nose evoking cherries and raspberries, along with a light spiciness. Powerful on the palate, with refreshing acidity and a long-lasting finale.
Recommendations
Naturally as an aperitif but also wonderful with salmon or grilled prawns.
Vinification
The grape varieties are grown separately, harvested at peak ripeness then pressed and immediately crushed for 12 to 24 hours. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks. After a brief clarification, the wine is bottled.
