Dark ruby with violet reflections. An intense, spicy nose with dried berries, black fruits, roasted nuts and sultanas. Medium-bodied on the palate. A beautifully spicy flavour, with noticeable notes of wood and plenty of dark fruit. Good length and fullness on the finish.

Details
A single-vineyard wine from the San Lorenzo estate, aged for twelve months in large oak barrels and used barriques. Intense scents of dried berries, fruits, nuts and sultanas. Spicy, full-bodied and with rounded tannins on the palate.
Recommendations
A nice accompaniment to hearty pasta, such as lasagne.
Vinification
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks after the harvest. The wine is then aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels (50% each) aw well as used Cúmaro and Pelago barriques.
