The perfect match for poached salt-water fish on Risotto. Also goes well with terrines.
Vinification
The Riesling grapes for this white wine grow on sandy soil around 700 m above sea level in the Val de Cembra. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured for twelve months on the yeast in French tonneaux. After filtration and bottling, the Riesling is aged for a further six months in the bottle before reaching the market.
