Straw yellow with greenish highlights. A refined bouquet on the nose of blossom and pale stone fruit as well as hints of citrus fruits. On the palate this Riesling proves to be fresh with a refined acidity and good complexity. The finish is juicy and is supported by the acidity in combination with discreet minerality.

It’s fair to say that you don’t necessarily go looking for Riesling in Piedmont. But this one is an enchanting find. The passionate Riesling enthusiast Tino Colla is the force behind this wonderfully mineral, dry wine with notes of Alpine flowers and citrus fruits.
Recommendations
Great as an aperitif, with a fish starter or with poultry terrine.
Vinification
After hand picking in small baskets, the grapes are immediately gently crushed and macerated at 8 to 10°C for 24 hours. The grape juice is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 20 to 22°C. Once fermented, the young wine spends a couple more months on the fine lees before being bottled.
