Vinification
Mastroberardino produces its famous single-variety Taurasi from the ancient, late-harvested Aglianico grape. After maceration in stainless steel tanks, the young wine matures for twelve months in large oak barrels and barriques. It is then refined for a further twelve months in the bottle.
