Intense ruby red with violet reflections. On the nose, the wine shows the typical Refosco characteristics with notes of dark cherries, red berries and some spice. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with lots of berries and fine tannins.

Details
Refosco in purezza! This indigenous speciality is matured in stainless steel tanks. Purple with violet hues. Dark cherries, red berries and a dash of spice on the nose. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with lots of fruity flavours and fine tannins.
Recommendations
A delight with dried meat, antipasti and rabbit.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and fermented on the skins for around a week. Further ageing of the young wine takes place in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks.
