Brilliant ruby red with garnet red reflections. Clear, expressive and intense fruit on the nose. Blood orange, cassis, some tobacco and violets. Juicy and playful on the palate. Fine-grained, excellent tannins, a crystal-clear structure and clean fruit characterise this wine on the palate. The finish is elegant with long-lasting aromas.

Recommendations
A lovely accompaniment to classic meat dishes and French specialities featuring lamb, game and lentils.
Vinification
After harvesting by hand, the grapes are gently pressed and macerated for five days at 6–8°C. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The young wine is then matured and refined for 15 months in 228-litre pièces (30% new).
