Medium yellow with greenish reflections. Aromatically very well accentuated nose with a fresh feel. Aromas of ripe stone fruit, blossom and almonds, to which are added mineral notes and a hint of blossom honey. Juicy and substantial on the palate with wonderful texture and an acidity that lends elegant support. Fruity-spicy and with herbal notes. Very lovely balance. The finish is mineral-like and of medium length.

Vinification
Mastroberardino has dedicated itself to the ancient grape variety of Greco di Tufo since 1945. It is cultivated in Irpinia, in the Sabato valley. After careful manual harvesting and gentle pressing, the must is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. After bottling, the wine rests in the bottles for some time before hitting the shelves.
