Tasting notes
Intense, glowing ruby. On the nose this wine exhibits delicate ripe fruit, plums. These are joined by spicy notes. A juicy structure on the palate, typical of Nebbiolo. Powerful tannins paired with a vivacious acidity. Here, too, the wine presents dark fruit and spice. A winning combination of spicy notes and ripe fruit. Medium-long finish of good aromatic persistence.

This single-variety Nebbiolo from Langhe sparkles in beautiful ruby red. Ripe fruit notes on the nose with fine spice and floral nuances. Powerful on the palate, rich in tannins and wonderfully fresh.
A revelation when paired with traditional casseroles.
The grapes for this wine are carefully hand-picked in the first days of October. At the winery, the grapes are destemmed, lightly crushed and fermented at a controlled temperature for around ten days in stainless steel tanks. The young wine initially matures for six months in large oak barrels. The Nebbiolo then rests for a while longer in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
