Golden yellow colour. Aromas reminiscent of peaches and honey (typical Botrytis bouquet). Wonderfully full in the mouth, creamy and buttery, plenty of dried apricots and spicy notes, nutmeg. Very good balance between fruit, acidity and sweetness. Well structured, very harmonious dessert wine.

Vinification
The grapes come from the «Castello della Sala» winery, from vineyards lying at 200 to 400 metres above sea level. Morning mists promote the growth of Botrytis cinerea (noble rot) on the grapes. This reduces the water content of the grapes and thus concentrates the aromas. After gentle pressing, the must ferments for approximately 20 days in stainless steel tanks. The sweet young wine is then matured in barriques.
