Ruby red with violet highlights. Multifaceted bouquet with aromas of black fruits, plums, cherries, warm spices and a little coffee. Dense and succulent on the palate, with black berries and spice. A juicy acidity and velvety tannins give this wine its vital structure. Medium-bodied, fruity finish.

Details
A modern-style Monferrato made from Barbera and Syrah, aged for ten months in wood. Dense and succulent, with notes of dark fruits, plums, cherries, warm spices and coffee.
Recommendations
Highly versatile, goes equally well with meat or with cold dishes and cheese.
Vinification
The two grape varieties are harvested separately. They are also fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by blending (60/40) and maturation of the young wine for ten months in large oak barrels and 225-l barriques.
