Marvellous golden yellow with hints of green. Highly fragrant, aromatic, subtle and spicy on the nose, with notes of aniseed, ripe citrus fruit, lemon confit and fresh woody nuances. Dense, delicate and multi-layered on the palate. Finesse on the finish.

A lovely accompaniment to seafood, fish dishes and white meat.
Vinification
After harvest by hand, the grapes are gently pressed and the must fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured for twelve months in new barriques.
