Brilliant golden yellow with greenish reflections. The elegantly expansive nose reveals notes of citrus and candied pineapple, accompanied by flint and sweet roasted notes. Very mineral on the palate, fine citrus notes, spice and elegance. Very long on the finish, with plenty of finesse and an excellent balance.

Vinification
The Chardonnay grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation of the must takes place in wooden barrels on the fine lees. Further ageing is carried out in pièces over a period of 19 months.
