One of Switzerland’s most famous Chasselas. Louis Bovard is the grandmaster when it comes to Chasselas. For many years he has promoted the Conservatoire du Chasselas, where research is carried out into all the clones. Four clones have already been identified as being best suited to face the future challenges associated with climate change.

Goes beautifully with cheese and also with freshwater fish.
