Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Intense aroma of ripe figs, acacia honey, dried apricots, candied fruit, apples and a hint of saffron. Rich, sweet, soft and warm in flavour, excellently balanced with an elegant acidity.

Details
The noble grapes are rigorously selected and matured in stainless steel tanks. Wonderfully intense on the nose with notes of citrus fruit, honey, saffron and dried apricots. Warm-hearted, silky, fresh and harmonious on the palate.

Heavenly with a lukewarm tarte tatin or apricot compote!
Vinification
The sole «Botrytis cinerea» wine in the entire Marche is produced on a special hillside adjacent to a small river. The Sauvignon blanc grapes are harvested by hand when the noble rot reaches optimal coverage, then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15°C for approximately one month. The young wine is then matured in small stainless steel tanks. Just under 10,000 bottles of this speciality are filled.
