A noble wine of character, made from 100% Cabernet franc and aged for 18 months in barriques. Dark berries, mint, tobacco and roasted coffee on the nose, powerful, dense and round on the palate with precise tannins and juicy acidity.

Vinification
This rarity made from pure Cabernet franc is produced from specific vineyard parcels that are carefully picked by hand. After the grapes have been gently crushed, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks before being matured for 18 months in French barriques (Allier, Tronçais). The individual barriques are under constant supervision and only the contents of the most outstanding barrels are eventually bottled. At that stage, the young wine is refined for a further year or so in the bottle.
