Tasting notes
Light straw yellow. White blossom, ripe pears and a touch of the exotic are all identifiable on the nose. Round and juicy on the palate with aromas of apples, pears and citrus fruits. The medium-length finish is accompanied by an elegant acidity.

Details
As with Campofiorin, the Verduzzo grapes are dried for around three weeks after picking, then pressed and fermented in barriques. They are then blended together with the Pinot grigio, which is prepared in stainless steel tanks.
Recommendations
Refreshing aperitif wine, which also pairs wonderfully with fish or cheese specialities, and even with fondue and raclette.
Vinification
The grapes come from the newly created igt region of Venezie. As with the Campofiorin red wine, the Verduzzo grapes are dried for around three weeks after picking, then pressed and fermented in barriques for approx. three months. They are then blended with the Pinot grigio must, which is prepared in stainless steel containers, before maturing further in stainless steel tanks.
