Deep red colour with violet reflections. The aroma is multi-layered and warm, with a note of ripe blackberries and an almost dazzling spicy flavour. Strong and substantial on the palate, typical of the Cabernet grape. With wonderful tannin structure and plenty of juice. Long, spicy finish.

Total production of only 5,000 bottles bottles! This interesting blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet franc impresses with plenty of strength and character.

Vinification
The specialist work in the vineyard, which includes the thinning out of the grapes in summer, is designed to limit the yield to 600-800 g grapes per vine. The grapes are selected individually by hand in a meticulous process. Vinification can then begin. Fermentation happens in stainless steel tanks, followed by 16 months of maturation in Nevers and Tronçais barriques.
