Cuvée of Chardonnay matured in barriques with the old Italian Malvasia bianca – powerful, fruity and very rich.
Recommendations
A true friend to seafood, Luna is an excellent accompaniment to saltwater fish, shrimps and mussels, to name but a few.
Vinification
The destemmed grapes are carefully crushed. The noble Apulian family carries out the fermentation and ageing of the wine in barriques. During the «batônnage», the yeast is stirred regularly, resulting in a creamy, buttery white wine, which is then aged in bottles.
