Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Fine, very even perlage. Intensely fragrant nose with aromas of apples, ripe pears and apricots. These are joined by floral notes. Discreet sweetness on the nose. Rich and full on the palate but never other than harmonious. Fresh and sweetly fruity initial sensation. Persistent, fine mousse. The finish is fragrant, floral, almost exotic. A real culinary delight.

The pride of the vineyard. A special Cru from a small, select vineyard in Col San Martino. After maceration, the grapes are gently pressed. The resulting must is fermented directly for around 60 days in autoclaves - pressurised stainless steel tanks - at 13 - 14°C.
