A classic - slightly sparkling - style of Barbera, which is vinified in stainless steel tanks and matured in a way that retains a refreshing amount of carbon dioxide. A ruby red, sparkling charmer with fruity vibrancy and silky body.

Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and the mash slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation is halted at around 95% to retain a slight amount of carbon dioxide. This style - also known as «vivace» - is very popular among the Piedmontese as a refreshing drink.
