Brilliant ruby. Bold berry fruit on the nose, somewhat reminiscent of raspberry jam. This is accompanied by aromas of black cherries, plums and sweet spicy notes. The wine remains fruity on the palate. Surprisingly drinkable and accessible, with soft tannins and pleasant acidity. Ends in a refined, well-balanced finish.

Details
To preserve the youthful freshness of this typical Morellino, the grapes are fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. An uncomplicated charmer with a scent of raspberry jam.

Vinification
The Sangiovese grapes, called Morellino locally, are carefully pressed after the manual harvest and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is matured for around ten months in barrique barrels.
