The «Picolit» indigenous grape variety is very rare and is known throughout the world as the queen of grappas. Unique in its elegance; with plenty of character and balance. The aroma of honey, figs, quinces, some fresh bread crust and a long finish characterise this top grappa.

Recommendations
Before tasting, the Grappa should be allowed to rest for a few minutes in the glass; it absorbs oxygen, the aromas are released and the harmony of nose and palate comes to fruition.
Vinification
Fermentation under exclusion of air, in stainless steel vats and at a controlled temperature. Distillation takes place immediately afterwards in order to avoid subsequent abnormal fermentation. Discontinuous distillation according to old family tradition. Using only special, exclusive copper stills that have been modernised by Benito Nonino. The 100% artisanal distillation process is carried out very slowly so that the volatile aromas and flavours can evaporate properly and then condense. This preserves the valuable organoleptic characteristics of the respective grape variety.
