Rich and powerful on the palate, with flavours of citrus fruits, toast, flowers and apples, subtle wood notes and perfect mousse. A long finish with superb elegance. Despite being an «extra brut», it displays wonderful fruitiness.

An outstanding Spumante rarity from the Oltrepò Pavese, classically fermented in the bottle. Rich, powerful, with wonderful citrus fruit, subtle wood, perfect mousse and superb elegance.

A delicious accompaniment to aperitif pastries, saltwater fish and crustaceans.
Vinification
After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the resulting base wine undergoes bottle fermentation for approximately 24 to 36 months.
