The Galanthus owes its name to the Latin term for snowdrop, a flower known for its delicate freshness and elegance. This white Merlot impresses with its finesse. Alongside floral and green notes, the time spent maturing in used barriques also lends it a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied and creamy.

The ideal accompaniment to poultry, fish dishes and quiche.
Vinification
The careful selection of the grapes is followed by immediate but gentle pressing. The cool fermentation in concrete tanks at 12°C retains the freshness of the Merlot grapes. After the malolactic fermentation, the young wine matures for a further four to six months in used barriques.
