A next-generation wine that also harks back to times gone by. Organic cultivation and vegan vinification using wild yeast, with no wood-ageing. The aim is to create a wine for all occasions, free from artificial additives so that anyone can enjoy it.
Recommendations
Great with a fine platter of canapes or to accompany pasta with tomato sauce.
Vinification
A blend of 70% Corvina and 30% Merlot, fermented with wild yeast. The wine is not filtered or matured in wood.
