An intensive, pinkish-red sparkling wine with the aroma of ripe red berries and brioche. On the palate it exhibits a delicate spice while the perlage is creamy and fine. Elegant!
Recommendations
A surprisingly good choice with Thai food. Also goes beautifully with shellfish and white meat.
Vinification
The alcoholic fermentation of the must takes place in stainless steel tanks. The base wines are then blended together and bottled. Here the second fermentation happens, in accordance with the classical method, as the wine sits on its lees for 24 months.
