This sophisticated Fiano is characterised by the interplay of fruity and floral-spicy aromas with delicate hints of hazelnuts and vanilla. It is aged in stainless steel tanks, in large 500-litre oak barrels, and on the fine lees.

Vinification
The wine undergoes gentle processing, starting with gentle pressing of the grapes. The must is cooled in stainless steel tanks to clarify it, and then fermented at a controlled temperature. Some of the wine is transferred to 500-litre French oak barrels, where the fermentation is completed and the wine continues to age on the lees. After bottling, the wine is aged in the bottle for several months.
