Pairs deliciously with salsiccia and beans or tortellini in brodo.
Vinification
The pick of the crop of the three grape varieties from «Le Maestrelle» is harvested from the middle of September, when they have reached their peak ripeness. The varieties are fermented separately and aged up to 15% in barriques. After a short time ageing in the bottle, the wine is ready for sale.
