A blend with the indigenous Negroamaro as the main variety, free from the presence of wood. Wonderfully ripe fruit on the nose, juicy and uncomplicated on the palate with a harmonious finish. An unbeatable price-performance ratio!

Goes just as well with pizza and pasta as it does with salami and barbecues.
Vinification
After the harvest, the grapes are crushed and fermented in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks. The young wine is then matured for several months in stainless steel tanks.
