Performs well as an aperitif or with fish and white meat.
Vinification
The grapes come from the vineyards of Col di San Martino and Pieve di Soligo. After maceration, the grapes are gently pressed. The resulting must is fermented directly for around 40 days in autoclaves - pressure-tight stainless steel tanks - at 13 to 14 degrees Celsius. This gives a well-balanced, fragrant Prosecco with lots of character.
