Vinification
Château Quinault l’Enclos’s 16.5 hectares of vineyards lie in the heart of Libourne. The grapes on the vines, which are over 70 years old, are picked by hand and carefully selected. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The young wine is then aged in 100% new French barriques.
