Tasting notes
Deep purple-violet, rich in the middle. Delicate bouquet of cherries and violets, a touch of roses, fine notes of wild raspberries. Succulent on the palate, fine tannin contours for a Saint-Estèphe, well balanced, peach pit in the sweet, ripe fruit finale, complemented once again with cherries. A superb wine, rather reminiscent of the equally successful 1989 vintage.
