Lovely, sparkling golden yellow; broad spectrum of aromas on the nose; noble fruit, ripe fruits, a little citrus. The delicate aromas of yeast and nuts are well balanced. The supremely fine perlage on the palate is creamy soft. And the finale is not too dry – with excellent balance.

Vinification
Only the best lots and base wines of the year are used for a vintage Champagne. After the normal fermentation of the individual grape musts in stainless steel tanks and the subsequent assemblage, the bottle fermentation takes place on the lees. The bottles are stood on their heads and are regularly riddled. After «disgorging» and a further, short period of bottle ageing, the Champagne is ready to go on sale.
