Light golden yellow. Open, seriously intense nose with notes of ripe stone fruit, apples, pears, ripe kiwi and white blossom. These are joined by discreet ripe notes, a little yeast, roasted nuts. On the palate, this wine reveals a full body and a crisp acidity. Aromas of ripe citrus fruits, stone fruits and roasted nuts, underpinned by mineral notes. Typical, expressive and straightforward Chablis with a refreshing finish.

Vinification
The grapes from these vines – with an average age of 20 years – are harvested at peak ripeness. The must then remains briefly in contact with the skins to achieve a heightened aromatic fullness. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in traditional wooden casks. Further maturation on fine lees takes twelve months in wooden barrels and stainless steel containers.
