Calafuria 2024 Magnum – Art Edition: Inspired by sun, salt and desire. «Nel bere e nel mare» is the motto, which translates to «In drinking and in the sea». An elegant rosé made from Negroamaro, which entices with aromas of pink grapefruit, ripe peach and red berries. Like a summer’s day on the coast of Puglia!

THE rosé of the moment for the terrace, barbecues in general and starters such as mozzarella sticks or bruschette.
Vinification
The selected grapes are picked by hand, destemmed and gently pressed. The grape must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16°C. This relatively cool fermenting temperature helps the wine develop fresh primary aromas. The young wine matures for a short time in stainless steel tanks then for four months in the bottle before being released for sale.
