Vinification
Only the best Sangiovese grapes (regionally called Brunello) are used for Tuscany’s king of wines, Brunello. Fermentation takes place in composite Horizon steel and oak tanks. The wine is then matured for two years, 80% in 60 hl and 90 hl French oak barrels and 20% in 350 litre French oak barriques.
