The legendary Bricco dell’Uccellone, pioneer of all modern Barberas, has an incredibly elegant and soft presentation, equally impressive in terms of concentration and content. The bouquet has delightful aromatic nuances of ripe berries, fruit and peppermint.

Vinification
The Barbera grapes from the legendary «Uccellone» vineyard are harvested by hand and processed immediately. After the gentle crushing of the grapes comes a careful maceration over 20 days at controlled temperature. Then the young wine is aged for 15 months in barriques and another twelve months in bottles.
