Deep ruby red. Very intense and complex. Fruity aromas of blueberries, wild strawberries, blackberries, plums, accompanied by spicy flavours, roasted aromas and light menthol scents. Full-bodied, soft and fruity, with tannins of excellent quantity and quality. Elegant, well-structured with a balanced, long-lasting finish.
Traditional ageing with fermentation on the skins for eight to 12 days in stainless steel tanks at 28 – 30°C. Matured for 10 months in one- to two-year-old barriques.
