A dry and perfectly balanced Prosecco with plenty of character. Intensely floral-fruity on the nose, fine perlage on the palate, ripe golden apples, peaches, a little cedar. Fresh and unobtrusive.

The perfect dry Prosecco as an aperitif.
Vinification
The grapes come from the vineyards of Col di San Martino. After maceration, the grapes are gently pressed. The resulting must is fermented directly for around 60 days in autoclaves – pressurised stainless steel tanks – at 13 to 14°C. This gives a dry, balanced and fragrant Prosecco with lots of character.
